Our Australian-made Fog Cannons are designed to subdue airborne dust and odour particles from a distance. Available in a range of sizes to contain dust fallout anywhere from 10m to 100m away.

How It Works?
Ozmist’s Dust Suppression solutions utilise a high-pressure pump module connected to either mains water supply or it’s own water supply tank via a pump feed.
The high-pressure pump module pressurises tap water to 70 bar (1000 psi). As the water passes through the nozzle it is broken into millions of tiny water droplets that average 10 microns in size (human hair is average 150 microns). As the ultra-fine droplets fall, they attach themselves to the airborne dust particles and knock them out of the air.
Our misting lines are tailored to the size and layout of your factory, providing you with exceptional misting coverage to subdue dust around your site.
With up to 45+ metres of mist throw and 340 degree oscillation you have all the mist coverage you need.
Our dust suppression solutions run up to 8 hours, without refilling the generator. And up to 45-100 minutes before filling the water tank.
Our mist solutions are pressurised to throw the finest mist particles, evaporating before they reach the surface, without the risk of wetting your floors or damaging equipment.
Being 100% self-contained, our Mist Cannons can be moved into any position. This makes them the perfect unit for limited work areas.

To capture the maximum amount of dust in the air, water droplet particles need to be of a similar size to that of the dust particle they are trying to trap. If the water droplets are too large, smaller, airborne dust particles will be deflected around the droplet. There also needs to be more mist falling than dust rising to ensure that all of the dust particles are encapsulated.
The Ozmist system uses mist nozzles that produce millions of 10 micron droplets which is suitable for use with PM10 dust particles.
