An Australian owned and operated company, OZmist pioneered the introduction of people cooling water mist spray systems to the Australian marketplace nineteen years ago.

In 2017 OZmist found that their Static Misting Systems for Dust Suppression was not enough for some of our larger clients that were struggling to contain Dust in the workplace. This called for OZmist to take the leap into Mist Cannon territory.

OZmist’s Dust Suppression Mist Cannons utilise a high-pressure pump module connected to a huge water supply tank via a feed pump. The high-pressure pump module pressurises tap water to 70 bar (1000 psi). As the water passes through the nozzle it is broken into billions of tiny water droplets that average 10 microns in size (Human hair is average 150 microns). As the ultra-fine droplets fall, they attach themselves to airborne dust particles and knock them out of the air.

In 2020 OZmist is now boasting two completely redefined Mist Cannons not only aimed at the Global Dust Suppression Industry but also working with the ever-growing requirement for Sanitation Equipment.

T45AU Mist Cannon

The T45AU High-Pressure Fog Cannon is an extremely effective way of controlling fugitive dust. The T45AU is unique in that it has a 2,000-litre water tank, high-pressure water pump, 50-meter throw fan and 16Kva, 3 phase generator all mounted on a gal dipped tandem trailer. Proudly 100% Australian Made, they are very simple to operate, have a low initial purchase cost, low operating costs and can be towed by a vehicle with a 3,500kg towing capacity.

OZmist T45AU Mobile Mist Cannon, Features:

A Massive 2000 Liter Water Tank with the ability to run for up to 110 minutes on the tank alone.
The Powerful Fan paired with our High-Pressure Pump will throw the mist over 45 Meters.
Our T45AU is completely 100% Self Contained, no more wasting time and money on sourcing water and power.
The T45AU is powered by a 16kVA Makinex / Honda Petrol Generator with an electric start.
Our T45AU is incredibly portable, needing only a Vehicle with a towing capacity of 3500kg.
The T45AU Unit also comes equipped with a fully functioning radio remote control, with 100 Meter range.

M45AU Mist Cannon

The M45AU High-Pressure Fog Cannon is an extremely effective way of controlling fugitive dust. The M45AU is unique in that it has a 1,000-litre water tank, high-pressure water pump, 50-meter throw fan and 16Kva, 3 phase generator all mounted on a Forklift accessible platform, the full-length interface means it can be collected from any direction. Proudly 100% Australian Made, they are very simple to operate, have a low initial purchase cost, low operating costs and have an incredibly low dry weight of 660kg meaning they can be transported by virtually any work ute or small truck.

OZmist M45AU, the Original Mist Cannon Features:

All the same Powerful components of our Larger T45AU Mobile Mist Cannon, just in a nice small and maneuverable package.
The M45AU is fitted with a 1200 Liter Water Tank that will run for just over 60 minutes on the tank alone. The unit weighing in at approx 1660kg when full of water, making it easy to move even with a full load.
The M45AU is made to be lifted and moved via Forklift, it has tine channels on every face. Making it possible to pick up from every direction.
Our M45AU is available with and without the Makinex / Honda Petrol Generator.
The M45AU is best suited for Construction / Demolition / Sanitation / Mining / Tunneling / Earthmoving / Events.

S45AU Mist Cannon

The S45AU High-Pressure Fog Cannon is an extremely effective way of controlling fugitive dust. The S45AU is unique in that it is not fitted with an inbuilt water tank. Instead, the S45AU is designed to be mounted directly on a Water supply whether that be a Truck or a Tank. The S45AU is fitted with the same High-Pressure Pump Proudly 100% Australian Made, they are very simple to operate, have a low initial purchase cost, low operating costs and have an incredibly low weight meaning it can be transported by virtually any work ute or small truck.

OZmist S45AU, the Original Mist Cannon Features:

All the same Powerful components of our Larger T45AU & M45AU Cannons, only without the tank making the unit incredibly easy to maneuver.
The S45AU is the only Mist Cannon that we offer that is not fitted with an integrated Water Tank, this allows the unit to be moved easily and transported on a range of vehicles.
The S45AU is fitted with Forklift pickup points on the long sides only, this makes transit simple while keeping the load well balanced.
Our S45AU is available with and without the Makinex / Honda Petrol Generator. There are also options to install Transfer Pumps if required.
Our S45AU is suited for the same conditions and environments as our two larger units but it has the advantage of a smaller footprint, making it ideal for small sites or tunnelling where space is limited. These machines have been fitted to Water Trucks or Flatbed Trucks, even Fire Trucks.
